Talking to a counsellor about your innermost thoughts and feelings, maybe for the first time, can feel daunting. My aim is to help make your counselling experience easier for you by listening without judgement, supporting you through difficult times and helping you to make sense of why you think and feel the way you do.
I believe it is the relationship between client and counsellor that creates the conditions for change, so I offer a friendly, supportive, calm and confidential environment for us to work together on whatever is troubling you and I will be by your side throughout. We will have time and a safe space to build a trusting relationship, giving you the confidence to speak openly and freely without fear, shame or guilt.
